Cancellations of pre-orders for bees or queens for collection or delivery can be made at any point prior to making payment at no cost to you.
If you place a pre-order you will be notified by email when bees are ready and you must be prepared to collect at short notice.
Once bees are available in stock and we have notified you, we request payment in full via the website.
You will then be notified of a date for collection or delivery and for collection orders a time will also need to be agreed.
Once collection or delivery is arranged, should you wish to alter the collection or delivery date, you must contact us via email with at least 24 hours' notice.
If more than 24 hours' notice is given you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate your change of date, it may not always be possible to have bees ready for a specific chosen date.
Should you fail to collect or take delivery of the bees or cancel without 24 hours' notice there will be no refund.
We encourage you to collect your bees rather than have them delivered and then you can inspect them and ensure that you are satisfied with their condition as there is no survival guarantee of live bees or queens. We do everything we can to provide you with strong, healthy stock but cannot be responsible for the bees' lifespan once they leave us.
Queen bees may be sent by special delivery and any problems will need to be reported within 48hrs of receipt.
Returns will NOT be accepted under any circumstance and no refunds will be issued once the live bees or queens have been collected or dispatched.
If we need to cancel your order for any reason, we will refund in full any payment made in advance.
