All of our honey is from our own hives in apiaries across the East Yorkshire countryside.

Every batch of honey varies by the month it is collected and which apiary it comes from and even which hive in the apiary.

We keep all of our honey batches separate so that you can enjoy the various flavours and consistencies that are produced by the bees as they forage on different plants.

The colour, flavour and texture of honey is affected by which plants the bees are collecting nectar from so each batch varies depending on the flowers blooming within the bees’ 2-mile flight range and therefore changes with the seasons and location of each hive.
