The colour, flavour & texture of honey is affected by which plants the bees are foraging on and therefore changes with the seasons and location of each hive. We keep all of our honey batches separate so that you can enjoy the various flavours and consistencies and always have samples to try on our stalls so that you can see which is your favourite (See our calendar & events pages for details of where you can find us).
